Welcome to Scott Abell's
Hillsborough-Estates Real Estate Website

For Scott Abell, contributing to the development of Hillsborough Estates has been a project of personal satisfaction.

Hillsborough Estates Phase I began in 1999 with a clear vision, to develop one of Oakdale’s last large residentially zoned parcels, while maintaining the natural topography, oak trees and views of the Sierras. The response was immediate: the initial 23 lots had over 58 reservations that resulted in a nearly sold out subdivision within four months. Several of the unique and truly custom homes are pictured on the virtual tour.

NOW here comes Phase II, continuing the same vision, but adding the Stanislaus River woodlands to the overall harmony of the neighborhood. Hillsborough Estates II consists of 60 available residential lots, ranging from .5 acre in size to over 1.5 acres with river frontage. Several cul-de-sacs and a loop offer a variety of special locations within the subdivision for the custom homeowner. Whether your desire is a level lot, sloped lot, corner lot, privacy lot tucked away down by the river, the choices are many and your time to visit is NOW!
